SHIPPING POLICY
For our pre-launch, we are offering FREE SHIPPING.  We will be shipping all orders in October 2024.  All orders are processed within 5 to 7  business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders usually take between 5-10 days to arrive. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@amanari.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. AMANARI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped out from our warehouse. REFUND POLICY
At AMANARI, we are genuinely committed to your satisfaction. We take great care in selecting the safest ingredients for our in-house formulations and craft our products with stringent quality control standards to ensure your safety and satisfaction.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly replace or issue a credit after delivery. Please note that no full refunds will be granted.  However, we cannot accept any opened items due to the purity of the ingredients used.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. If you need to return a product, please send us a detailed note at hello@amanari.com, and we will take care of you. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior email communication.

We also want to inform you that due to the nature of natural raw ingredients, there may be slight variations between batches of products. Although we try to create our products to fit a wide range of different skin profiles, everyone's skin is unique. Therefore, we offer mini sizes for purchase and encourage you to contact us for recommendations.
